If there were an insider who knew something, they'd also know that there are really almost 2 billion shares and they're paying almost 10X what the shares are actually valued at. An insider would make sure that the paperwork was filed with the SEC to restate the shares, drop the price and then buy the shares, rather than buying overpriced shares.
