Thing is, Owen is just an 'adviser' along with the other people the PRS have name dropped. IF this does turn out to be a scam, none of them will have anything to worry about, they didn't know, they were just given a bit of money to have their names put in PRs. The only one who could be in trouble is Ned Starkweather. He would probably skate too as no one cares about the OTC scams...
