You posted "report the recent activities and who knows..".

Why would anyone report NEAH's recent activities to the SEC, which no longer has any jurisdiction over them?? Neah is now a private Nevada Corporation and no longer a 'public' company. Current shareholders have no way of knowing the truth about what the Nevada Corporation owns, or doesn't own.
