Reputable management would have the common sense and respect to acknowledge to their shareholders if a deal fell through, or is delayed . Obviously this now re enforces what most have known, same characters same shill ceo with the puppeteers pulling his strings , tick tock who's at the door in the blue jacket with yellow letters on the back, scam.
