You say Kim is a "great man"....so what's stopping him from registering?

I wish the SEC would ban all non-registrants - if you don't file with the SEC you shouldn't be allowed to trade.

I guess he really doesn't care that much about the ordinary shareholders after all, does he?

Nothing is stopping him from making this a legitimate company, yet he doesn't. Instead, he issues false PR and deceptive (unaudited) filings.

Why doesn't he register? Why does he continue to lie in his filings?
