Sure as long as it was disclosed to the person/group acquiring NGCG.

The person acquiring NGCG could be a securities attorney - as long as it isn't Dick Weed (really attorney) or Adam Tracy.

But if Brenda Hamilton was involved Ruppert and Ross would be screwed.

Brenda isn't involved in acquiring NGCG but it would be interesting.

Unfortunately there isn't any oversight in change of ownership with Form 15 companies.

I wish the SEC would ban all non-registrants - if you don't file with the SEC you shouldn't be allowed to trade.
