Catie Has not a very good voice. She put on her show with her personality but that doesn't change the fact she can't sing very well.
Michelle- she is perhaps the worst singer I have ever heard make it this far. What the judges see in her is baffling to me.
Michael is broadway that is not a complement for me. Also here is a major problem 3/4 of the times I can't understand a word he says. his lack of clarity is really terrible.
The judge put all these singers through and they are not great, and I'm being nice. Problem is I can't get overly upset with anyone they eliminated because most of them had no shot. You were right on trevor he exposed himself badly on the duet, I thought he could really sing before the duet round than I came to the conclusion he wasn't that great. Layla is not any good either. Dominque is average . Brandon is just average. And Kay probably had the most talent of the bunch, but has no idea how to use it.So as Much as I want to go nuts and says the judges made terrible choices the problem is there weren't enough good choices to be had.
As for the other 4 I want to hear more of dennis he is a bit of a dark horse for me he was great with the duet, average on solos to slightly above average. Need to here more. Jonny could get girls to take him further than he deserves, but he doesn't have enough power to have a moment in my opinion. The only two Who I think have a good chance at being contenders and these are both if's is Gabby and Cade, gabby controlling her big voice and twang so it isn't overpowering, and cade has to not only sing ballads but he has to not expose himself doing it in my opinion. I think there is a good chance the winner is in next weeks show in my opinion.
