Seth, I have not been subpeonaed by the SEC in a probe involving, among other things, hedge funds allegedly using certain so-called financial "journalists" as their tools to write hit pieces to manipulate the stock market and enhance/protect the hedge funds' short positions. Don't lecture me or anyone on this board about morality. It's all there Seth, for anyone to google: Seth Jayson and Bob O'Brien's Sanity Check - they can read all about it.
