After S-4 Registration do we have any clear dates as to upcoming steps in the Merger?

April 15th: Proxies delivered

April 27th: WMILT 1Q report due

April 30th: Votes

May 14th: Last day for WMIH-NSM to list new Shares to the NASDAQ

May 15th: Gallagher and Fairfield's employment will not end. It has been extended until Merger is finalized after that Jay Bray will be the new CEO .

June: Shareholders meetings

July: Merger finalized
