I work for, what I think is safe to say, the largest biotech success to come out of Salt Lake City in the last 10 years. When I started with my company I can assure you our CEO wnd cofounder was not taking a $500,000 salary and we were already cash positive! Once we had our first major commercial success and were shortly thereafter acquired by a multi national company, he took his $100 million dollar check to the bank and now is the CEO of the subsidiary of our parent company that is the number one growth driver. I’m sure he’s making much more than $500k a year now because the value of his work and company justify that salary. PN is niether a quality CEO or a successful one. He doesn’t deserve a penny he’s been paid, especially in the last 3 years. I’d be happy to support a $500k + salary for a BPTH CEO who was qualified and successful.
