mPhase Technologies Inc (XDSL)

They haven't made it public yet. mPhase has until the end of the month to get it's filings in order. Then the private company plans on doing a RS to get the shares under control and get out of the trips. After the reverse merger, the new company plans on buying out their parent company within 6 months of reverse merging. So it could be a nice RM gain, followed by a nice jump for those who stick it out til the end of the year.

This one is a bit of a gamble, but I think it will pay off pretty decently.
