That's the type of conversation that should be occurring on this board. Roger f'd up big time on how he has communicated audit progress, for sure. He's also been a bit overly optimistic about timing of other developments. But, in general things he communicates tend to get done. Midtown, liquor license and this audit. It's going to get done. It's been in the works for months, at some point it will be filed. Personally, I am not invested here because of an audit. I'm invested here because of the massive year over year growth and expansion of revenue streams. The audit has no impact on those things. This board has gone to hell over the last few months. But, This board doesn't influence my decision regarding this company one bit. If folks want to sell, I say sell and move on. There will be plenty of people willing to buy shares at a discount to the current price. I have enough shares, but I'll keep my orders in at the bid allowing others to get out. And I'm not alone. The whining and complaining is ridiculous. Roger doesn't read the board and it does no good. So, yeah Roger has made more than a few communication mistakes. But he's also acquired NSI, opened a million dollar location, signed a lease in AZ, developed a JV with RotoGro, expanded the game distribution business exponentially and more.
