I understand that a lot of people don't know how to get their company into the stock market. This is what we have been trying to explain to all of you that don't know or the ones that spread false information about this company. Utopya is a NEW company that bought a shell for market access, and its a genius move! We have something great here!

UTOP grabed a shell of a ticker. Reversed meregered into it, and whala, you have a completely different company with the same ticker symbol. Then you apply to change the name of the company. After that you apply to change the ticker. And click boom bam. New company with new ticker and no ties to the old shell. Therefore the pps of the old company has nothing to do with the new company.

It's a quick, relatively inexpensive way to get a buncha chit done rather quickly.
