You're right it makes no sense, these guys are idiots. Though these idiots keep doing the same thing so your an idiot if you don't take note. They sell the stock to the bottom as fast as possible and then RS. They're on round three of doing the exact same thing. They release meaningless PRs and sell this trash down to the bottom...all while laughing at what idiots we are...
