Here is a little twist in thought. If SOUM was so intent in selling shares in a scheme of dilution, they shot themselves in the foot by announcing the new R/S. No one is buying shares!
My point: SOUM does NOT intend to dilute with this announcement. Rather, it was a maneuver to protect itself from unwanted buyout.
Prior to announcement, they had all the room they needed to sell gobs of new issue - their A/S was already beyond reach if they were able to sell at their optimum volume trade day. Why the need to issue another R/S? Announce fluff PRs and reap $$ selling shares to unsuspecting/gullible investors...demonstrated success in the past.
IMO, SOUM is about to enter a new arena. Making a name for themselves.
They do not do that by diluting shares. They do that by having a viable business plan, growth in revenues and an expanding customer base wanting what they have to offer.
I say, SOUM intends (this time) to support their post R/S pps and move on from there with growth revenue, acquisitions and customer base.
To each their own, but I have put my money where my mouth is...Now we wait to see what ACTUALLY happens. The bet is yours to own!!
