You are talking about OTC 'investors' here. They always sell on upcoming news and always take profits after 300% gains.
You may not want to look too much into the minute by minute PPS here, it tends to change instantly.
Overall, since product unveiling announcement stock is still up big, which is not at all what you were claiming.
