That would be a better question for Oracle. My guess is that since they are not really doing anything other than offering the technology to their clients which will in turn earn them more clients, they are willing to take a small percentage. The software itself is being hosted by NFusz so they are doing all the work is what I imagine. Oracle gets new and current happy customers, and NFusz gets a lot more business through Oracle. It's a win win for both parties.
