Does it say how much?
Does it say what percentage?
Does it say at what point payments would be made?

Ya' know, the real important terms of the deal.....

Check me if I got this right: Li is said to be buying up some company (Willie Wonka style) in China that makes parts for cell phones. It is assumed he is going to convert that companies factories with Engle machines to make BMG parts for iPhones. In doing so, some loosely written licensing agreement is going to come into effect and somehow undetermined residual funds are supposed to be deposited into the LQMT checking account????

This is how we shareholders are going to become rich? Do I have this story correct?
