Legitimate questions for Coretec to answer for shareholders!

CHS Manufacturing Process to Begin
Jan 13, 2017
With the support of North Dakota State University, 3DIcon/Coretec has successfully manufactured its first batch of the precursor used to produce Cyclohexasilane ("CHS"). A second batch of the material will be shipping in the next 2 weeks. This combined shipment will be used by Gelest to scale the CHS manufacturing process, with the result that CHS will then be available for sale to customers. Future manufacturing of the precursor, as well as CHS at larger scale, will be per formed by Gelest in a more efficient, integrated process.

??? Why has Geleste not met the conditions to receive payment per 10K?

Supply Agreement with Gelest
As we have previously announced, Coretec’s patent-protected, silicon-based technology cyclohexisilane Si6H12 (sometimes referred to as “CHS”) potentially has a number of commercial applications, the most immediate of which is in the area of the extension of the battery life of electric cars, computers, cell phones, etc., but also in the fields of solar energy and printable electronics. We have entered into a Supply Agreement with a major producer of specialty chemicals, Gelest, Inc., under which Gelest will manufacture and partner with the Company in manufacturing CHS to provide entities in the relevant spaces for testing and evaluation. We anticipate that initial sales will occur in the third or fourth quarter of 2017 and that sales could be as much as $500,000 within a year.

??? Why did the company not have any initial sales in 2017? Will there be any sales expected in 2018? If so, what is that realistic amount?

Vice President, CHS Marketing and Sales, Hired
Jan 24, 2017
We are pleased to announce Mr. Ragnar Avery has been hired as the Vice President, CHS Marketing and Sales. Mr. Avery will lead new business development and sales initiatives for the Company’s proprietary liquid silicon precursor, cyclohexasilane, Si6H12 (CHS). Mr. Avery is a veteran of the silicon materials industry, having spent 33 years at Dow Corning Corporation, one of the world’s leading global suppliers of silicones and silicone solutions and products. During his career at Dow Corning, he served in a broad range of global sales and marketing positions. Mr. Avery is one of four Dow Corning Sellers recognized in the Sales Gallery 2005 to 2013, the first to obtain four Sales Excellence Awards for top 1% sellers, and received seven Sales Achievement Awards for top 10% sellers in New Business Development.

??? Why has Mr. Avery not sold any CHS per the 10K? What value does he really offer the company?

Grant Received

March 14, 2017
Coretec Industries, a subsidiary of 3DIcon Corporation (OTCPK: TDCP), was notified of an award from the North Dakota Centers of Excellence Commission for a project entitled "Optimization of the Production of CHS". Coretec holds the exclusive license for the commercialization of Cyclohexisilane (CHS) originally developed at North Dakota State University (NDSU) and is commercializing the technology with applications in battery storage, solar energy and printable electronics. The award includes $150,000 of state funds that are matched with $150,000 of funds being used by Coretec for scale-up of CHS for sale to customers. The total project cost is $300,000 over the 12-month period of performance. The work will be performed at the Coretec facilities at NDSU and headed up by Prof. Philip Boudjouk, a scientific advisor to Coretec Industries and inventor of the CHS commercialization process. An important goal for the NDSU team is to conduct the study to optimize production on a larger scale. The data provided will be useful for scaling up to pilot plant levels, (25-100 kg).

??? Why has the company not provided matching funds for this grant per 10k?
