It's unfortunate that TMMI has had to contend with poor management over the last several years as I am of the belief that the technology that TMMI had developed should have already made it to market. From what I can tell our former "Product Manager" was clueless and lost valuable lead time that TMMI had with the product developed as was clearly pointed out by our mysterious wangchung poster. The changes made are most welcome and I anticipate that we will start to see results due to the changes made sooner rather than later.

With regard to the ongoing appeal, it may seem time wasting to you but after having had to endure the appalling attempts by Dimension Inc. at stripping out the technology that TMMI spent millions in development costs out of TMMI it will never sit well with me. TMMI still owns fractal code and as has always been the case, it is still dependent on hardware development. What TMMI cannot afford to do is make the mistake of letting Dimension Inc have any claims to fractal technology as it could very well come back to bite us in the future. I might add that there are only two other compression methods for video, DCT and Wavelet.
