For my part, I’ve been convinced that the upscaler has potential value. For reasons outlined by the mysterious wangchung before he disappeared. And it’s very good to see the warrants cancelled, personnel changes, etc.

While it’s reasonable to give the new people a few months beyond February to make next moves, I think reasonable patience will exhaust if there are no non trivial developments by the summer.

I’d also like to see this time wasting appeal resolved. Neither side has advanced persuasive arguments in my view.
