Roger is not in charge of audit report and filing the financials. This was done by a audit firm. If they delay it's not his fault. His twits based on their promises. Never mind little delay is not the end of the word as some people here try to imply. It will be out soon and the uplist will take place when it's ready. I have no problem with it. Roger is a very trust worth person, at least he lets the share holders know what is happening. He is not hiding anything from us. That shows his professionalism and honesty.
