Having been in Regulatory and audit processes (more on the FDA side and not financial) for 20+ years, I can guess at where time is taking a little longer. Most likely the EQR guys said 'we want to change this footnote and / or re-wordsmith' that. Probably not even on the numbers at all. Every time you get a new party involved, especially a regulatory one they HAVE to say something, if only to justify their own value.
So, I can pretty much guarantee its down to a language thing and how they want to insert their views of guidelines.

Just every change makes it go through a new cycle that takes a little time.

Anyway, only thing i;m going to say on this whole thing and my guess at the process based on my experience with regulated audits.

What I DONT guess is the fact the AMFE audit IS in fact going to be filed soon. Nor do I question the integrity of the audit itself. I completely dismiss any insinuation of AMFE 'hiding' something or otherwise, that is all just complete non sense.

The audit will be completed,
The news will flow.
Q3 will be in the multimillions,
AMFE continues to grow.

Roger is upset and will learn as all CEOs do. I even sent him constructive feedback myself on Friday, to which he has responded to my satisfaction. He certainly recognizes the reality of how this is overshadowing all other things, like the last two awesome PRs. However what is of critical importance, is Roger is nailing it for everything under his control in growing the company in a fiscally responsible yet aggressive manner, creating a company very worthy of investment for the longs.

Focus Forward, so many great things coming.
