How do you get there?

I am estimating $25 Mill in revenues. I am going to multiple the $25 mill revenues by average profit margin of 80% which is what I heard before the margins are. Multiplying the $25 mill in revs by the 80% profit margin gets us $20 mill. I know the outstanding is 152,126,286 but let's think worse scenario 200 mill. Remember ... the outstanding can't exceed the Authorized shares of 200 mill. Dividing the $20 mill in profits by 200 million outstanding gets a .10 EBITDA per share. The PE ratio for a CRM company per Morningstar is 117. Multiple .10 x 117 PE ratio and you get $11.70 based on the above.
