You have obviously spoken to Les because I do not think we will be seeing this article anytime soon. Why can the company not let all the investors know that the article has been either accepted or not by a publisher and give an estimate of when it will be published. The talk has now moved onto the fact that the SP will be better served if the article came after the vote. What this says is that the impact of the article is not that great because if the SP is affected negatively then what can we deduce. The article either validates the science in the eyes of the 67 scientists or it is a split opinion. Complete silence by the company on anything positive before the vote will drive the SP down into the teens because of the added extensive upcoming dilution.
We as investors have been setup to expect something that we thought would be critical to proving the science to new investors ever since the 8K on interim blinded data last year. Since then we have had massive dilution and nothing to convince anyone outside of the company of the validity of the article.
It looks like they are choosing not to unblind once again and allowing such massive dilution will allow the company to kick the can down the road while they work on Direct and combo's all the while resorting back to toxic financing in the teens.
Hope I am wrong but it is time that the company provide some information of their path forward concerning DCVAX-L which to all of us is the most critical of all trials right now.
