So if FDA is such a big problem - how come so many new trials from small and big pharma started and also finished and got approval of new products?

FDA while has it’s own drawback, actually works faster than EMEA agencies.

The companies who cannot manage their work make FDA the fall guy and use it as excuse.

Have you considered that co did not files completely and correctly? That could be the reason for all the delays
