Although I agree with almost all of what you have been saying about the fundamentals, and personally will continue to hold without reservation, let's face it the A/U IS a huge deal and not just a piece of paper. The A/U is the key that opens the door to this company being legitimate in the eyes of new and more sofisticated investors and not just another pinky stock. AMFE has had a volume problem for as long as I have been here which is a year. It's clear to me, the investment community as a whole has looked over AMFE time and time again and passed right on by. The A/U places this company where it belongs...out of pink hell. The A/U is so much more than just a milestone, it's the key to the company accomplishing the feat of becoming a truly legitimate entity. The pps has been in a trading channel since August because only the A/U will change that. The market right now doesn't care about any of the fundamentals. To have the A/U go on this long now with the latest delay causes fear and anxiety that AMFE is just another crap pink stock with false promises. So, do I think the A/U is important? Yeah, I really do. Does it change my view of AMFE? Absolutely not, but I'm only one large investor. A week from now all of this A/U shouldn't matter...unless there is yet another delay. Don't kid yourself. Until the A/U is finalized, nothing else matters. Once done, we can then concentrate on all the fundamentals.
