I would tend to agree with you. I am not declaring that the article will not be in a prestigious journal. Hopefully, the 65+ authors and the "interesting" appellation conferred by Dr. Bosch upon the results seen up to that time warrant an enthusiastic publication by a top tier journal. Hopefully, the word "interesting" is a euphemism for amazing or never before seen results even in a blended/blind setting.

And I agree that the results themselves are the major drivers. However, if the results are remarkable, it would be expected that a major top tier journal would want to publish this as a major scoop. Something this important heralding remarkable results should attract top tier journals. Publishing in a second tier journal just takes the lustre off and the impression created is that these results are just, well..........interesting. Nothing really to move the pps. That is certainly one of the reasons to publish blinded interim data which is significant enough to raise the pps. Merely just interesting information usually does not warrant top tier publication. The results....and the vehicle for conveying this information are both important to create the necessary perception that will be a catalyst for capital appreciation.

I know Les and Linda are acutely aware of this. As they are fond of saying.....stay tuned.
