The end game was always to keep MWR/ MSX broke and unable to assist Lopehandia in a funded concerted effort in proving his claims. The powers that be have failed in this regard.
Now, the BCSC could condem Johnson in a structured effort to have him hanged on the yardarm.
This action will only come back and bite them in the backside as the Chilean Legal Llama Farmers will be required to rule against their past efforts to support their own laws and legal system.
SOOOOO BCSC, what do you do now, hang Johnson and wait for the shoe to drop on your heads with the eventual outcome supporting Lopehandia or do you face the music now and take Barrick and all the BCSC past sins to task.

There will soon be a very serious lawsuit launched in CANADA against Barrick including the BCSC,TSE and many other players in their illegal dealings using the Pascua Lama project
In my own formed opinion that will bring this whole sordid affair to the general publics view and, it will, it will, it will be most interesting to follow the outcome.
This lawsuit could very potentially bring new legislation affecting politics and the markets (read fraud in the markets supported by politics).
Remember Barrick's libel case against Lopehandia where he had no business in his claims as he had NOTHING to do with Pascua Lama!
Chile will rescind the falsefide Tax Porotocol with Argentina and Lagos' bank accounts will be reviewed as he is marched through the whipping wall on the main streets by his adoring public.......NOT!
