I've followed this company for more than 15 years and have been invested for 9 or 10. I've been through reverse splits which I think would be much worse than an increase in the number of shares.

I believe completely, without a doubt, that this stock has been manipulated to try to force the company into bankruptcy or into a shitty deal with Big Pharma. That has not happened and I do not believe it will happen. I believe that's why the share price has stabilized for so long. That might seem absurd to someone who's only been around for 4 years or so, certainly to those who bought in when it appeared they were headed towards success. I personally thought the stock was way over inflated at $12. Something happened; I believe it was a combination of years of hanging in there with a technology that they'll be found to have been on the leading/cutting edge of when others where abandoning the technology for PD-1 inhibitors and CART-T because it was sexier and fit the marketing strategies within the health care rules of the time. I believe DCVax can and will be the new Big Gun in Cancer care, along with combinations with the more "boutique" treatments such as the CART-T's and PD-1's. I believe this is more than just DCVax-L, which is just the tip of the iceberg and what others are fearful of in the industry. Linda Powers would not play ball on their terms. Did we pay dearly for that? Perhaps. But if you look at the patents, look at the history of the trial in that this tiny company going it alone against all odds, barely able to keep the trial going at times, the top executive putting their own money in at times (yes, some loans. They're passionate but not stupid), and the passion that exists in Linda Powers and Les Goldman. You can laugh or scoff, or roll your eyes at that but I see it.

I've studied this technology since Linda Liau started publishing papers on it in the early 2000's and she too has been unflinching in her belief this technology works. I don't care about silence, I feel I understand what they're doing; a sort of "rope-a-dope" against the forces that they feel are real. I choose to believe them because I've spoken to them in a non threatening way and they've been open to me despite not being able to say much of substance. I feel I've done my homework, and I feel while the criticisms are to be expected from frustrated investors it's irrational to expect them to simply spill the goods at a time when it's ever more difficult to know what forces will use it against them until they can present the entire enchilada. I simply can't muster an alternative reason. I see nothing in your post that makes me think you have any real reason to vote no other than you're frustrated. You say you're not going to tie a knot and hang on longer? Why? Why did you stay this long only to fold before it's played out? That sounds to me like you're cutting off your nose to spite your face. I don't get your logic. How would it help you to do this?
