"AFRAID" is too much of a word. but FDIC may not put the number now for various reasons and we can only guess at the moment:

- They don't know exactly the total amount yet and that's what the trust is supposed to do for the last 6 years, counting our money

- I am not sure if our money is held and will be paid through WMILT or FDIC-R: I asked the experts on our board several times and don't get a clear answer

- FDIC-R duty is to pay the bondholders first before paying us shareholders, and so any money that shows up in receivership register will be claimed by the bondholders. In particular when it is only a few billions and not tens or hundreds of billions.
