Nope that is not opinion it is fact. Countries and companies announce block awards when they are awarded. You just have to know where to look. There have been NO awards of ERHC blocks in the EEZ, in the JDZ or in Kenya. Sorry to have to break that bad news but I thought it was obvious.

It really is important to use sources other than company filings for basic due diligence on ERHC. Using only filings as a sole source of information will leave any investor with inadequate information to make an informed investment decision. Especially when a company like ERHC is almost a year delinquent in all of its SEC filings. If you need help on where to look and who to speak with, let me know.
