The BCSC's entire action is based on a structured fraud involving bogus rulings in Chile where it would absolutely not surprise me to find the BCSC complicit in having some of its members along with Barrick's legals in having these rulings made up in support the Chilean courts.

Ask yourselves what would the repercussions be for the BCSC if found to have failed miserably in their Raison D'etre???

What else could they state as their attorney would have to negate all references to any, errrr questionable court data from Chile.

Who pays his salary and who pulls his strings, always a need to know.

THE NEW LEGAL SUIT ACTION COMING WILL BE THEIR DEMISE!
