For those waiting for the audit

I don't get this type thinking.

"We'll see who's laughing next week when this stock goes down to 0.07 because, once again, as usual, there is NO AUDIT."

Why do we think the price would go back to $.07? really. think about it.

The stock was last at $.07 in May of 2017. At that time, AMFE had 2 cafes open and just come out with revenues of $1.8 million for their latest quarter. They had a trailing 10 month revenue stream of $3.4 million. They did not own NSI, did not hvae any contract with Morning, and were talking about trying to open a new location called Midtown.

Today? today, our latest earnings report came out with $3.3 million dollars. Our 12 month trailing revenues are over $14 million. Let that sink in. IN May 2017 our trailing 12 month was $3.4 million. today it is $14 million. That is FUNDAMENTALS that are growing. Yet you say because a piece of paper is late that it shall go to the SAME VALUE as before? Where is the logic to that? Ahhhh, but there is more. Much more.

In May, we were thinking about hopefully expanding even beyond Toronto. Maybe even to the USA some day. Now? Now we have a lease in hand for Tempe, AZ and we are opening that location later this summer. We have a commitment for six MORE in the Western USA from the same person. That shall increase revenue SOOO much more from where we are now. Midtown is no longer a plan in progress but now is an operating location bringing in revenue and profits. S&L is growing. HAS grown, past tense, and is continuing to show significantly more revenue than last May.

Other subsidiaries are also growing. We tripled our distribution numbers and a lot of those numbers are not even showing in the books yet, but some should this 3rd quarter that just ended. We added NSI, which again was not even part of the team last May. We engaged an auditor so that we could uplist to a better exchange, and that is now in progress while it was not in May. We even already filed some of that paperwork to expedite the transfer.

the fundamentals, revenues, and potential of the company is MUCH different than it was last May. I have just scratched the top of the list here. Look at the posts Rocket puts up at times to show all the advances that the company has made. Those are fundamental changes to where we are. Yet, because a piece of paper may be delayed for a day or a week you think we deserve to be trading at the same price as when we had NO presence in the USA, no growth or ownership in NSI, no contract being fulfilled for Gro3, and revenues of 1/4 of where we are now? That doesn't add up.

A year from now, no one will care that the audit was late. DO we care now? YES. "I" care. I think it sucks that it is this late. But it doesn't change what the company is doing. Once the audit is finally past us, then what? then we are worth $.25 per share?? But without it we are worth $.07 per share? That is silly. that says that the growth that is happening, the bricks and mortar of the locations, the people filling the cafes, mean nothing, and the piece of paper means all. The fundamentals of the company are changing and are growing. That is long term, that is the future. The audit is static. One event in one day. And the audit sounds like it IS going to change some of those numbers. But the revenue shall go UP from what we were originally told. the net? Sounds like it shall be changed too, and some net booked in 4Q shall be moved to 1Q of this year. Which means a lower net for 2017 and a higher net for this current year, which will also be good, because it shall show people a good positive net for 2018 as the revenues continue to go up too. What shall the exacts be? I don't know. But I DO know that the company is SIGNIFICANTLY more valuable than it was last May. And that focusing on a piece of paper that won't change the past much or the future at all while ignoring true actual growth, new subsidiaries that weren't even owned then (Including Morning, which is going to add to the end of FY2018 and then ALL of 2019. MORE growth!), new SKus, new locations for our distributors, and all that is happening makes no sense.

No, I don't see us at $.07. And again -p a year from now, we should have a true value. What true value? Unknown, but I can speculate. ANd I speculate that it is higher than the value today. Because Tempe shall be open, Denver might be open (oops), Chicago should be open, MIdtown shall be showing full numbers for a trailing 12, NSI should be much higher, Gro3 should be adding some actual revenue, and we should be uplisted to where some bigger buyers can buy the stock and help move us up. That value is going to be the SAME in a year whether we go up Monday on an audit released after market today or down on Monday due to no audit out until next week. the same. SO if it dips? Then that is a great opportunity to buy more. If it goes up? then we are starting in the right direction. But no piece of paper that shows the past we already know should be considered more important than the actual growth we can SEE since last May (And visit. hey, there was a tweet YESTERDAY from some investor who was AT the Tempe location visiting, and seeing what was going on there. Look it up!) and the growth we know is coming.

Fundamentals over a static piece of paper. Period.

A year from now, people will look aback at this, like they do the Midtown delays, but it shall not be important. Fundamentals shall STILL be important. And since they are GROWING, then any move to $.07 would be silly, and SHORT lived.

Oh - and not going to happen!
