RINS appear to be under the microscope, thanks to Pruit as he struggles to enable some refiners to escape the evil demon imposed unfairly. There's a list of 25 such beleaguered refiners with Delek on that list and a strong candidate for bottom-line enhancing consideration.

This has me shying away from thinking of letting go of my remaining DK shares. If the ethanol blending credits are, indeed, revamped, I'd expect to find DK surging on the news, possibly by two or three dollars per share. It's worth playing the wait-and-see game, I figure.
