lol...none of that is factual...

If anyone doesn't like the deal, they can vote no.

Red Oak is the biggest shareholder, they will get themselves the best deal possible, THAT'S a no brainer.

As far as 3rd party samples, it's ALL addressed in the Edgar filings.
