lol...all of that was answered in the SEC filings....and Red Oak is not holding up the Proxy, the SEC's review is.

I can't wait until this deal is done......and it will be...

stay tuned !

I would be nice as a STOCKHOLDER to know if RED OAK is still using 3rd party and what did they do to the samples
