You know why they were so "responsive" ? They had nothing else to do !

You know why they are making a big deal out of it ? They had to postpone their Winter getaway a few days !

When something as routine as providing adequate customer service becomes a novel thing to be touted in a Blog there is a strong message being covered. And it ain't good !
