If AMFE was to move on AFTER the audit is completed it wouldn't be that big of a deal and I would anticipate it being a smooth transition. Many firms with jump at the chance to pick up a client like AMFE. If they were to pick up and move on BEFORE the audit is completed, thus having a new firm start from square one the 3 year audit, then that would be a very big deal and I would not recommend it. That is why I still believe AMFE should stick with RBSM at least for a little longer.

I firmly believe Roger by midnight tonight will give us and update either good or bad. I in no way fault Roger for passing on the info that he receives. I really like the guy based on the limited knowledge I have of him. My only criticism would be that he has to be more demanding of the auditors. Accountants are famously known for working 80+ hours a week. We don't do it for fun. We do it to please our clients and meet their needs. I understand RBSM has hundreds and maybe thousands of clients. But that should not be an excuse for being able to complete an audit in a timely manner.
