if you want the company to survive, then a yes vote is, IMO, your only option.

Sorry but this really is not shareholders only option. If the Company acted like a publicly traded Company, did not continually give misleading information then this "vote" would not even be an issue.

Unfortunately Senti, you, I and many others have been here for a long time and this management team has given zero reason IMHO for any shareholder to have confidence in executing anything they state they will. So to "vote yes" would mean you would be doing so b/c you have confidence that management can execute and has shareholders best interests in mind, correct? Well, up to date, they have given me no confidence and I know many others feel that way as well (many of whom you know).

I continue to only have faith in the science, not in the management and honestly can't wait til I can forget NWBO. If proven successful I am hoping many patients will benefit from DCVax but this management group IMHO has irreversible tarnished the potential market optimization and continues to damage future institutional ownership possibilities.

Sorry but enough is enough!
