Actually that is not bad news!!!
By the time they ramp up and hopefully have several dozen of the mobile devices generating lithium the patents will be finalised and we will enjoy the full length of the patents before they go viral and every major oil company is lined up to sign a license agreement for the 1000s of mobile devices they want. It's actually brilliant that they filed for this patent when they did...
I posted last week that a second generation piece of equipment they had with Simbol generated between 10-20 gallons a minute of high grade Lithium battery grade brine, according to a article in the New York Times.
