Legal filing today that is not posted, happened 14:40 4-5-2018. If the legal decision triggered some business action....? It's not that odd to get CTO, but odd as hell to not have the docket update with # filing from whom ever...

For example the next filing would be labeled as #91 from bla bla; instead it's only known a filing occurred at 14:40 from someone.

Purely speculating the filing could be from Solicitor General or Judge and it triggered CTO. Amarin would be obligated to release 8-K, unless SG/Judge Order led to BO offer or other business arrangement. An Amarin suitor could be behind the entire ITC scheme and have offer based on X results.
