Yah acting different than a typical subber that files for a rs thats for sure.

Well def14c has been filed so its pretty much a for sure..id say 95% sure lol..it can get pulled though up til finra actually has it hit the daily list. Happens but rarely.
No set date it seems with these splits etc. Just when finra gets around to it i guess lol. Seems that way at least. Usually/typically once def14c filed after pre14c its within days or weeks before hits the daily list and next day trading post split.

Not stupid questions by the way.
