SB already stated what would happen. Judge could rule no revocation. DBMM still on greys facing an uphill battle to get an MM to sponsor them. SP could lagger for years (see PIPI who's tried everything in the book to get off greys but just sits there). People will lose interest and maybe the company will fold or go private and shareholders get nothing.

Theyd better come through or it will get pretty ugly even compared to now.
