Never a truer word spoken for those considering their investment. You either believe in the science and the company and will vote yes or you do not and therefore will sell your shares. If the company is upping the number of shares they must be supremely confident in the upcoming vote so this tells me we see publication soon shortly followed by an 8K announcing the date.
