My guess is they think they can just wait it out.....and they likely can with regards to their equity comp as it can be adjusted to reflect the lower share price......but the common shareholders will get diluted to nothing.

FWIW, I bought another 300k at .0051 and have yet to sell a single share since buying in months ago.

I will either be make millions on my ANDI position or lose it all but so it goes in the OTC ;)
