Escrow markers being bought out by which WMIH obtains all the OLD LEGACY value(TRUSTS) if you will with a LIKE EXCHANGE the opposite direction as happened in the first place or in other words

1,OLD P's being given 1 NEW $1,000 of WMIH preferds
2. TPS being given 1 new $1,000 of WMIH preferds
3. K's at their respective 40/1 of the $1,000 OLD P's being given 1 NEW $1,000 WMIH for every 40 K markers they exchange?
