ONCE AGAIN I REITERATE THAT THE SP CANNOT AND WILL NOT BREAK ABOVE .0045 FOR QUITE SOMETIME TO COME, WITH NO NEW INVESTORS AND NO BIG BUYING FROM THE RETAIL MARKET IT ONLY STANDS TO REASON THE SP WILL DECLINE OVER TIME.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE TIME HAS ALREADY BEGUN TODAY AND CONTINUES THIS WEEK AND BEYOND.
