Actually the stock price is where it is because Missling has given the "investment community" the finger and not issued shares in a way that they could maximize profits.

He has given the timeline to shareholders to the best of his ability. Science does not run on a predictable timetable and the FDA is undergoing major change, so you can't say he's missed key catalysts, because he is methodically moving forward against all obstacles.

A delay is not a "miss".

Discovery of new levels of scientific knowledge that change the trial structure is not a "miss".
