ZN changed rights offering date of record from March 12 to April 13 likely for several reasons:
1. I believe Zion received a huge amount of feedback from many wishing they could have participated had they known. This is a really sweet offer ZN is making and will likely be maxed out. I bet a lot of NEW interested hedge funds also contacted ZN desiring to be able to take part...
2. Will motivate the investor that is on the fence to take advantage of the opportunity. If not invest in Zion now before the 13th of April then when lol.
3. The 13th of April will perfectly coincide with testing operations being underway. Great PR and excitement.
4. Why not? Simply brilliant!
